CampNight 2019_A4 Poster.ai

On Saturday 6th July from 3pm the BHSA will again be taking over the school playing fields for the annual fun fest that is Camp Night.

Come along with the family to enjoy a traditional camp fire with toasted marshmallows, lots of fun and games and a
cash bar serving beer, prosecco, gin & tonic and soft drinks.  The Hive will also be running bushcraft activities (details coming soon!) for the children.

PLUS this year we will have the lovely folk from Heap’s selling meat and veggie hot dogs and sausage rolls with all the trimmings, or you can bring your own picnic….but remember to keep something back for the midnight feast!

As always, for Camp Night to be a success, it needs everyone to pitch in and help out! We ask each family attending to volunteer for at least an hour. When booking, please indicate which time slot you would prefer to help with. We will do our best to assign you your preferred slot, but this may not always be possible.

Afternoon: 1 x 1 hour slot any time between 3pm and 6pm.  This could be ice cream and bar sales, manning the gate and directing people to their pitch, or helping with The Hive and other children’s activities.
Evening: 1 x 1 hour slot any time between 7pm and 9pm.   This could be bar sales/bar clean up or helping with the marshmallow toasting and campfire.
Morning, 1 x 1 hour slot any time between 7 and 10 am.   This could be helping with breakfast or helping with field/pavilion clean up.
